Procurement & Operations
Raise and process purchase orders efficiently, ensuring all input data is accurate and documentation is complete.
Coordinate with brands and suppliers to confirm orders, arrange shipments, and track deliveries according to set schedules.
Work closely with the logistics team to resolve receiving, pricing, or invoicing discrepancies.
Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports, and communicate with brands to resolve mismatches or issues.
Plan and place orders on time by collaborating with the planning team to ensure optimal stock levels.
Maintain and update procurement records, trackers, and reports in Excel and ERP systems.
Brand Coordination & Communication
Act as the main point of contact for all assigned brands, ensuring regular communication and weekly update meetings.
Organize and maintain all brand-related documentation, including product details, content, and digital assets for online and offline use.
Keep sales and internal teams informed about new product launches, pricing updates, and brand initiatives.
Share order forms, product presentations, and updates with the sales team to support smooth operations and alignment with brand objectives.
Sales & Aftersales Support
Support the sales team with brand-related information, product details, and updates in a timely manner.
Manage aftersales requests by liaising with brands and coordinating internal approvals to achieve optimal resolutions.
Maintain a detailed aftersales record and ensure cases are closed efficiently.
Marketing & Events
Assist the Brand Manager with planning and execution of marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and online training events.
Support product launches, brand events, and promotional activities by coordinating materials and timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in retail, distribution, or e-commerce preferred.
