Senior Key Account Manager – Offline Retail
This role directly drives Andador’s offline growth, strengthens retail partnerships, and supports the company’s ambition to scale revenue while maintaining disciplined commercial execution.
Job Overview
Andador Distribution is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a commercially driven Offline Key Account Manager to lead growth across major retail partners in the UAE.
This role is responsible for owning revenue targets, strengthening key retail relationships, expanding distribution, and driving sustainable sell-in growth across offline channels.
The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, relationship-oriented, and performance-driven, with a strong understanding of retail dynamics in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership & Growth
• Own offline revenue targets across assigned retail accounts
• Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with annual targets
• Identify and secure new retail opportunities and distribution expansion
• Drive assortment optimization and shelf presence within partner stores
• Lead commercial negotiations within approved pricing and margin guardrails
Key Account Management
• Act as primary relationship owner for assigned retail partners
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins
• Align on seasonal planning, promotional calendars, and product launches
• Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term relationship stability
Sell-In & Sell-Through Alignment
• Drive sell-in initiatives based on validated forecasts
• Monitor sell-through performance (where data is available)
• Identify slow-moving SKUs and propose corrective commercial actions
• Collaborate with internal planning team to align inventory and demand
Commercial Planning & Forecast Input
• Provide structured forecast inputs for seasonal planning
• Support new product launches and pre-season order discussions
• Partner with internal teams to ensure readiness for peak trading periods
Performance Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Track monthly revenue vs target by account
• Provide promo performance summaries
• Share competitor insights and market intelligence
• Highlight risks and growth opportunities to leadership
What we are looking for
Experience
• 5+ years in Offline Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development
• Strong experience managing major retail accounts in the GCC
• Proven track record delivering revenue growth targets
• Experience in baby/kids, FMCG, consumer goods, or retail distribution preferred
Skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capability
• Commercially sharp with solid understanding of margin structures
• Data-driven with ability to interpret sales reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with ownership mindset
